1. Keep reviews small. Nobody wants to review 500 lines. Break your PRs into logical, reviewable chunks of 200-300 lines max.
2. Add context in the PR description. Explain the why, not just the what. Link to the issue, explain design decisions.
3. Use a checklist. Create a standard checklist for your team: tests, docs, error handling, accessibility...
4. Review the tests first. Tests tell you what the code is supposed to do. They're the best documentation.
5. Be kind. Remember there's a human on the other side. Phrase feedback as suggestions, not commands.
